Energy work is a holistic and alternative approach to healing and well-being that is based on the concept of manipulating or balancing the body's energy fields to promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

Christina works with females over the age of 10 on various mental health struggles, addressing the intersectionality of bio/psycho/social/emotional/spiritual factors. The foundation of Christinaās coaching is rooted in developmental psychology with the incorporation of mindfulness techniques and energy work for clients who are open to it.

Perfectionism is a personality trait characterized by a relentless pursuit of flawlessness and an exceptionally high standard for performance and achievement. While striving for excellence can be a positive trait, perfectionism, when taken to an extreme, can have negative consequences on a person's mental and emotional well-being.

Christina DeFranco has a background in Psychology and Kinesiology from York University. As a current Master of Psychotherapy student, Christina is offering Wellness Life Coaching to help individuals improve the quality of their lives.
Christina also has an extensive continuing education background as a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Psychology Specialist, Reiki Practitioner, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
With first-hand experience as a Type A-overachieving-perfectionist, Christina is looking forward to helping people who are seeking more balance in their lives to prevent or recover from burnout.
Christina understands the power of mental health support as therapy helped her thrive after her diagnosis with a Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Additionally, Christina was diagnosed with Endometriosis in her young adulthood and has since worked with many chronic pain sufferers to help them overcome the challenges associated with pain management.
